When life deals you a raw hand, sometimes it’s because of your own doing. In the case of 15-year-old Jacob Williamson at this year’s National Spelling Bee, his pride wenteth before his fall, and his defeat was all the more bitter for it. Yet, we can all learn a lesson from young Williamson, who did not allow his mistake to beat him. He left the stage like a boss, offering high fives to the remaining contestants.
