Evening Prayer:
Loving and Eternal God, As the day comes to a close, I find solace in Your unwavering faithfulness. You are the Rock on which I stand, my unshakeable foundation. I thank You for guiding me through this day, for Your perfect works and just ways. I am grateful for Your unwavering love and the righteousness that flows from Your character.
As I prepare to retire for the night, I entrust my cares and concerns into Your capable hands. I surrender my anxieties and uncertainties, knowing that You are in control. Grant me peace, O Lord, as I rest in the assurance of Your faithfulness. Fill my heart with gratitude for the blessings You have bestowed upon me.
Forgive me, Lord, for any moments when I doubted Your justice or questioned Your ways. Strengthen my faith and help me to walk uprightly before You. Empower me to reflect Your attributes of love, justice, and righteousness in all areas of my life.
