Morning Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
As I rise to greet this new day, I am reminded of your infinite patience and love. Your Word assures me that you are not slow in fulfilling your promises, but rather, you are patient with us. You desire for every person to come to repentance and experience the fullness of your grace and salvation.
In the busyness of life, I often forget the depth of your patience, the boundlessness of your mercy, and the extent of your love. Today, I humbly ask for forgiveness for my shortcomings and the times I have strayed from your path. Thank you for your unending patience with me.
As I embark on this day, grant me the wisdom to recognize the opportunities you place before me to share your love and extend your patience to others. Help me to show compassion and understanding to those who may be struggling, just as you have shown to me.
May my words and actions reflect your character, Father. Give me the strength to be patient with those around me, understanding that you desire for them to come to repentance and find redemption in your arms. Fill me with your Holy Spirit, so that I may be a vessel of your grace and love in all that I do.
Thank you, Lord, for the gift of this new day. I entrust it into your loving hands, knowing that you will guide me and equip me for whatever lies ahead. May your patience and love shine through me, drawing others closer to you.
