FRIDAY MORNING
Thank You, gracious Lord, for allowing us to address You
as our Father. Thank You for opening the curtain on a
new day. You’re providing a new set of challenges, some of
which are similar to yesterday’s. Give us eyes to perceive
some variations in our life’s plan today. And if you allow
interruptions to our planned agenda, preserve us from
undue irritation or anger. If there is a new person You
would like us to meet today or if we have the pleasure of
reconnecting with a good friend, we will welcome those
gifts. Please add the seasoning of a fresh perspective.
Especially, we ask Your Holy Spirit to enliven our faith
in our Savior with a renewed understanding of Him, His
Word of Life, and His energizing promises. Amen.
