Spiritual Transformation ………………………………………..
The Scriptures are ripe with lessons about becoming like Jesus. In His last conversation with His disciples before His crucifixion, Jesus made some amazing commitments to His disciples and to the church concerning spiritual transformation. He promised:
• we can love one another as He loves us (John 13:34);
• we can trust Him completely (John 14:1);
• we are in Him and He is in us (John 14:20);
• we can do what He has done—and more (John 14:12).
