Marilyn Manson Joining ‘Sons of Anarchy’ Because Why Not?

Marilyn Manson, as you may recall, was making waves in the late ’90s for being the sort of musician parents worried their kids were listening to. He’s has never totally retired, but his public presence has definitely dialed down, which isn’t exactly a devastating loss to culture or anything. But now he’s making a comeback, on TV of all places. The FX hit Sons of Anarchy which follows the adventures of an outlaw motorcycle gang, is bringing Manson on as a series regular as an imprisoned white supremacist. Perhaps more surprising were Manson’s surprisingly sweet reasons for joining the show.

Sons has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father’s. So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of SOA is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle.
