Romans 4:17 (New International Version): “As it is written: ‘I have made you a father of many nations.’ He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.”
Morning Prayer:
Oh, Heavenly Father, Creator of all things, as the morning sun rises, we come before Your presence with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. We thank You for the gift of a new day, a fresh start to embrace the wonders of Your creation.
You, O Lord, are the Father of many nations, and we are Your children, called into being by Your divine will. Just as You gave life to the dead, You breathe life into us each day, awakening us from slumber to the possibilities that lie ahead.
Today, we choose to believe in Your promises, knowing that with You, nothing is impossible. You can turn darkness into light, despair into hope, and weakness into strength. Your boundless love and grace encompass us, guiding us through every step of this day’s journey.
Grant us the wisdom to discern Your will, the courage to follow Your path, and the strength to persevere in times of trial. Help us to walk in faith, trusting that You are working all things for our good, even when circumstances seem uncertain.
Lord, as we face challenges and uncertainties, remind us that we are not alone, for You are with us always. May Your presence be a constant source of comfort, assurance, and guidance.
We pray for the world around us, that Your love would permeate every heart, bringing peace, healing, and reconciliation among nations and peoples.
As we embark on this day, we surrender our plans and desires into Your hands. May Your will be done in our lives, for Your purposes are far greater and more wonderful than we can imagine.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
