As the Day Begins…

English (Psalm 17:1-7, 15):

1. Hear me, Lord, my plea is just; listen to my cry. Hear my prayer— it does not rise from deceitful lips.
2. Let my vindication come from you; may your eyes see what is right.
3. Though you probe my heart, though you examine me at night and test me, you will find that I have planned no evil; my mouth has not transgressed.
4. Though people tried to bribe me, I have kept myself from the ways of the violent through what your lips have commanded.
5. My steps have held to your paths; my feet have not stumbled.
6. I call on you, my God, for you will answer me; turn your ear to me and hear my prayer.
7. Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes.
8. As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.

Morning Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

As I rise to greet this new day, I come before you with a heart filled with gratitude and reverence. Hear my prayer, O Lord, for it comes from the depths of my soul, seeking Your guidance and protection. I pray that my intentions may always be just and pure, and that my words may never be deceitful or misleading.

Grant me, O God, the strength to walk in the path of righteousness. May my actions and decisions be aligned with Your will, and may my life reflect Your love and goodness. Help me resist the temptations that surround me, keeping me far from the ways of violence and wrongdoing.

In the quiet moments of the night, when my heart is laid bare before You, examine me, Lord, and reveal any hidden faults or impurities. Let Your divine light illuminate every corner of my soul, so that I may be free from evil thoughts and intentions.

As I face the challenges of this day, I call upon You, my God, knowing that You will answer my prayers. Your unfailing love is a source of wonder and comfort. I find refuge in You, and I trust in Your mighty right hand to deliver me from any adversaries that may arise.

Lord, I seek not just temporal blessings but the ultimate reward—seeing Your face and being in Your presence. I long to be in communion with You, and as I wake each morning, may I find deep satisfaction in experiencing Your likeness within me.

Thank You, O Lord, for the gift of this new day. May it be a day of praise, gratitude, and service to others. I commit myself to Your will and pray for Your continued guidance throughout this journey of life.

4. Por cuanto he obedecido a tus palabras, evitando el camino del violento.
5. Mis pasos se aferraron a tus senderos; mis pies no resbalaron.
6. Yo te invoco, Dios mío, porque tú me respondes; inclina a mí tu oído y escucha mis palabras.

Oración de la Mañana:

Amado Padre Celestial,

Al levantarme para recibir este nuevo día, me presento ante Ti con un corazón lleno de gratitud y reverencia. Escucha mi oración, Señor, porque proviene de lo más profundo de mi ser, buscando Tu guía y protección. Oro para que mis intenciones sean siempre justas y puras, y que mis palabras nunca sean engañosas o confusas.

Concédeme, oh Dios, la fortaleza para caminar por la senda de la justicia. Que mis acciones y decisiones estén alineadas con Tu voluntad y que mi vida refleje Tu amor y bondad. Ayúdame a resistir las tentaciones que me rodean, manteniéndome lejos de los caminos de violencia y maldad.

En los momentos silenciosos de la noche, cuando mi corazón está abierto ante Ti, examíname, Señor, y revela cualquier falta oculta o impureza. Que Tu luz divina ilumine cada rincón de mi alma, para que esté libre de pensamientos y intenciones malvadas.

Al enfrentar los desafíos de este día, te invoco, mi Dios, sabiendo que responderás a mis oraciones. Tu amor inagotable es fuente de maravilla y consuelo. Encuentro refugio en Ti y confío en Tu poderosa diestra para librarme de cualquier adversario que surja.

Señor, busco no solo bendiciones temporales, sino la recompensa última: contemplar Tu rostro y estar en Tu presencia. Anhelo estar en comunión contigo, y al despertar cada mañana, deseo encontrar profunda satisfacción al ver Tu imagen dentro de mí.

Gracias, oh Señor, por el regalo de este nuevo día. Que sea un día de alabanza, gratitud y servicio a los demás. Me comprometo a Tu voluntad y te pido Tu continua guía a lo largo de este camino de la vida.
