Today’s Spiritual Disciplines

May the Lord bless your walk of faith today. As you begin, take heart in this promise: the God who began a good work in you will surely carry it to completion. Each step you take in daily devotion, each moment of prayer, each Scripture reflection is shaping your journey with Him. You are not walking alone—the Spirit leads, the Son intercedes, and the Father holds you securely in His love. Enter this day with trust and expectation, knowing that His presence surrounds you.

Here is a glimpse of today’s spiritual disciplines to guide and strengthen your faith journey:

Never Forsaken – As the Day Begins reflects on Psalm 37:25, reminding us that God never abandons His people, and His care extends from youth to old age.

Shouting for Mercy – A Day in the Life of Jesus draws us into the story of Bartimaeus in Mark 10:46–52, showing how faith that cries out to Jesus is never ignored but always met with mercy.

Visions of Hope and Restoration – Thru the Bible in a Year takes us through Zechariah 1–6, where God’s visions encourage His people with cleansing, empowerment by His Spirit, and the promise of the coming Branch.

The Beauty of Growing Old – DID YOU KNOW highlights inspiring promises from Isaiah 46, Psalm 37, and Psalm 71, reminding us that aging brings legacy, vision of heaven, and the assurance that God carries us all the way.

Carried All the Way – As the Day Ends closes the day with Isaiah 46:4, offering peace and assurance that the God who made us continues to sustain and rescue us, even to gray hairs.

May these daily devotions encourage you, steady your steps, and deepen your spiritual disciplines. Walk in grace today, confident that the Lord’s Word will not return empty but will accomplish its purpose in your life.
